Annual Assessment Increase

When you purchased your home, you agreed to the established terms of the community, including the payment of assessments at a rate established by the Board of Directors.

This letter serves as notification that the Board of Directors has voted to increase the annual assessment by 10%. This increase is due to the Associations’ need to start building your Reserve Fund and account for increased expenses to the community due to inflation.

The current rate you have been paying is $450.00 annually, and the increased rate will be $495.00 due February 1st, 2023. Payments received after the end of the month are late and subject to additional fees.

Statements are currently being mailed out and should be arriving soon.

We appreciate your support of the Chapel Creek Ranch community, and we ask that you please continue to pay your annual assessment in a timely manner. Assessment coupons for 2023 will be mailed out in the next few weeks.

If you find that you are needing additional time to pay your dues or cannot pay in one lump sum, please contact Legacy Southwest Property Management to set up a payment plan. Participating in a payment plan may protect you from incurring additional fees and fines.

As a reminder, the Pheasant Crossing Annual Meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm via zoom. There will be an election for the Board of Directors at this meeting.
