The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, elect one (1) board member and present information on current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview.

This annual meeting will be conducted online and there will be no nominations from the floor for the open board position. Candidates must complete the candidate questionnaire and return to Ryan Smith by noon on October 23rd. Voting will be conducted online at www.chapelcreekranchhoa.com and you must be registered to vote. Voting will be open for 48 hours and results will be announced by email and posted on the website. There is one vote allowed per household.

A quorum of 10% of members must be present in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the online or attached Proxy and return to Ryan Smith at the email below by October 27th at noon. The proxy will help meet the quorum requirement.

Chapel Creek Ranch HOA will be having its first Food Truck Friday on September 6th from 6 to 8pm. We will have Miss George’s Grilled Cheese food truck out serving delicious cheese inspired sandwiches with sides and drinks (see attached menu). Feel free to bring a chair and socialize with neighbors or get it to eat at home. The truck will be in the northeast open space of the neighborhood.

We will be having different food trucks the first Friday of each month and in October we will have RJ’s Cocina Mexican food truck out on October 4th. We look forward to seeing you at these events.

We are going to postpone the annual meeting that was scheduled to take place next Thursday, September 5th to a later date. You will be sent a new annual meeting notice by mail with the meeting information, and we will be holding a board election to elect three directors for the board. If you are interested in running for the board, you can fill out the candidacy form when the new annual notice is sent. We will also be posting the new annual notice on the website at www.chapelcreekranchhoa.com.

We look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled meeting.

We wanted to remind you about the Spring Fling this Friday evening starting at 7pm. We will have Tasty Steaks food truck selling great food starting at 6:30. You can use their website www.tastysteaks1973.com to order ahead of time. Shake Shake Sweet Treats will also be out with ice cream and snow cones for purchase. Our movie, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, will start around 8:15, so bring a chair or blanket.

We also want to remind you that you can fill out the shade structure survey at https://chapelcreekranchhoa.com/homeowner/dashboard.aspx and the online surveys are due Friday, April 19th at noon. You can fill out the survey at the event that night as well.
