The Board of Directors has voted to increase the annual assessment by 10%. This increase is due to the Associations’ need to start building your Reserve Fund and account for increased expenses to the community due to inflation.
The current rate you have been paying is $450.00 annually, and the increased rate will be $495.00 due February 1st, 2023. Payments received after the end of the month are late and subject to additional fees. Click Full Story for more information.
